HYROX Rome
HYROX Rome opens the Italian 2026/27 season on Wednesday 23 September 2026, the first of four Italian dates: Rome in September, Milan in December, Verona in January, Bari in April, with Rimini closing in May. Solo, Doubles and Pro divisions run.
A September start puts Rome at the front of the whole European season, a week before Bordeaux and two before Karlsruhe, which makes it the race to pick for an early result after the summer training block. The midweek start means the first waves fall on a working day, so check your wave time before booking travel.
