The organiser's website currently shows the 2026 edition, which ran 7 to 10 May 2026 and is marked sold out. A date for the 2027 edition has not been published yet, so we list it as to be confirmed and will update this page when the organiser announces it.
The event offers three distances: 10 km, 21 km and 42 km.
The course
The organiser's route map describes the 42 km as a complete scenic tour through Kota Kinabalu city centre, coastal roads and suburban areas. The 21 km is a coastal route with a city-centre finish, and the 10 km is a city-centre circuit with waterfront views. The organiser describes the terrain as mostly flat with gentle rolling hills, and water stations are placed every 2 to 3 km.
