By using findmynextrace.com you accept these terms. We've kept them short and in plain English.

What this site is

findmynextrace.com is an independent index of endurance races. We ingest race calendars from operator websites, normalise the data onto a single schema, and link out to the official registration page for each event. We are not a race operator, registration platform, ticketing agent, or insurance provider.

Your account

You can browse findmynextrace.com without an account. If you create one (with an email and password, or with Google sign-in), you must be at least 16, give accurate details, and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Creating an account means you accept these terms and our privacy policy; the version in effect when you sign up, and as updated from time to time, applies to your use.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other people at risk. Don't misuse the service: no scraping the catalogue wholesale, no automated bulk access without our permission, and nothing that interferes with the site's operation or security.

Content you add

Some features let you add your own content: a display name, a profile photo, and race data such as past results, personal bests, and upcoming races. You keep ownership of what you add, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it for the purpose of operating your account and the service. You're responsible for what you upload: only add content you have the right to use, keep it lawful and accurate, and don't upload anything that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content that breaches these terms.

Trademarks and series names

IRONMAN®, IRONMAN 70.3®, HYROX®, Challenge Family®, UTMB®, parkrun®, the World Marathon Majors marks, and all other series, race, and operator names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. We use these names nominatively (to identify the races we're indexing) and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organisations.

If you are a rights holder and want a logo removed, an attribution corrected, or a link adjusted, email [email protected] and we'll act on it within seven days.

Data accuracy

We do our best to keep race dates, locations, distances, and registration status accurate. We re-sync nightly. But we are an index of third-party data. Operators move dates, change venues, cancel events, and update fields without notifying us. Always verify the race details on the operator's official website before booking flights, hotels, or paying entry fees. We are not liable for travel costs incurred based on stale data here.

Registration and payments

Every race detail page links out to the operator's official registration page. Registration, payment, and the contract for participation are between you and the race operator. We don't handle entries, refunds, transfers, or deferrals. If a race is cancelled, refund policy is governed by the operator's terms, not ours.

No race-day liability

Endurance racing carries inherent risks: weather, terrain, altitude, distance. Choosing a race from this index is your decision. The operator's waiver, medical screening, and safety protocols govern race day. findmynextrace.com is not a party to any race contract and accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a race we index.

Warranties and liability

The site and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the catalogue is complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for travel, accommodation, entry, or other costs you incur in reliance on information here; always confirm the details with the operator before you book or pay. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Linking to us

You can link to any page on findmynextrace.com without permission. We're an index: being linked is the point. Don't frame our pages inside your own site, and don't scrape the catalogue wholesale; if you want bulk access for a research project or another tool, get in touch and we'll usually say yes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change counts as acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that can't be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
