For organisers
Submit a race.
We don't charge to be listed and we don't take affiliate cuts on registrations. Send us the basics and we'll add it. One-off events get added by hand; new series we wire into the nightly sync.
What to include
- Race name — exactly as the operator publishes it.
- Date(s) — for multi-day events, the start and end date.
- Location — city and country at minimum; venue name if it's a course landmark (Kona, Lake Placid, etc.).
- Official URL — the operator's page for that specific race edition, not just the series homepage.
- Sport and format — running / triathlon / HYROX / trail / cycling / OCR / swimrun / CrossFit, plus the distance(s) on offer.
- Series affiliation — IRONMAN, Challenge, UTMB World Series, World Marathon Majors, etc., if applicable. Indie races are welcome too.
What helps us index faster
- A structured calendar feed: CSV, JSON, ICS, or a sitemap with race pages. We'll wire it into the nightly sync so future editions land automatically.
- A course map URL — we link to the operator's map from the race detail page when one's available.
- Hero image rights — if you have a usable photo we can credit, send it. Otherwise we render a sport-coloured fallback.
- Past-edition results URLs — we can backfill podium and finisher counts where the format is parseable.
What we don't need
We don't need brand kits, press releases, or a paid listing commitment. The race goes in if it's a real, datable event with an official registration page. That's the bar.
Turnaround
One-off race additions: usually within a week. New series with a structured feed: 2–4 weeks once we build the source adapter. If the race is in the next 30 days, mention that in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
Corrections vs. submissions
If the race is already on the site but something's wrong (date moved, registration link dead, distance changed), use the contact page instead. Faster path for edits to existing entries.
