XM Limassol Marathon 2027: the full race guide
The XM Limassol Marathon weekend is 3 to 4 April 2027, on the south coast of Cyprus. The organiser lists the half marathon on Sunday 4 April. We have asked the organiser to confirm the marathon day, so we do not state one here. This guide uses only what the organiser publishes.
The race at a glance
The XM Limassol Marathon is the main road race weekend in Limassol, on the south coast of Cyprus. The 2027 race weekend is 3 to 4 April: the organiser lists the 5 km corporate race and the kids race on Saturday 3 April and the half marathon on Sunday 4 April, with the half starting at 7:25. The date of the full marathon itself has not yet been confirmed on the organiser's site, so we are not stating a day for it here. We have asked the organiser to confirm.
The marathon course runs from the centre of the city along the beachfront to the ruins of the ancient royal city of Amathus and back. The weekend also includes a half marathon, a 10 km, a 5 km city race, a 5 km corporate race and a 1 km kids race.
The course
The organiser describes the marathon as a flat course along the Mediterranean coastline, and it is fully accredited by AIMS. We could not find elevation figures. Water stations and toilets are placed every 2.5 to 3 km, and the cut-off is 6 hours after the start of the marathon.
The half marathon starts and finishes at the western end of Molos Park. The organiser's pages do not state the marathon start and finish points, so we do not list them.
Getting there, bibs and entry
Race pack collection is listed for 1 April from 11:00 to 19:00 and for 2 and 3 April from 9:00 to 18:00. The organiser says the location is still to be announced. Baggage facilities are offered near the start.
